Digital Portraits

• Digital Portraits are delivered instantly after your order
• Due to the personalized nature of these products (made specifically for you), they are non-refundable
• If you are dissatisfied with your digital product, you may request a re-do of your portraits

Canvas Prints

Processing Time

• Canvases are processed and shipped within 3 hours of the order being placed

Refund and Return Policy

• We do not offer refunds or accept returns for our physical products
• This policy exists because each canvas is personalized with your little ones' face and cannot be resold

Cancellation Window

• You may request to cancel your order within the 3-hour window from when you placed your order
• Once the 3-hour window has passed, orders cannot be modified or canceled
• After the 3-hour mark, your order will be in processing or shipping status and cannot be altered
